If it should become necessary for you to return or exchange your order, we wish to make the experience as pleasant as possible. We offer you a 30-day return policy so you can shop with confidence. Since we are a wholesale site we require the entire 6 piece set to be returned to receive a refund. If a particial set of 6 is returned of a design the abayas are considered retail and will be credited back as so. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase of abayas or other articles of Middle Eastern clothing, you will have the choice of store credit or full refund minus shipping charges. • Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.

• If you wish to return/exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item: another product, store credit, or full refund.

• The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case 411abaya.com shall absorb the costs.
